Mechanical processing as contract work

We offer numerous production techniques as contract work:

CNC-milling (2-5 axis), including processing of hardened steel
CNC-lathing
CNC-wire cutting
Honing
Sawing

Punching / forming

We produce pressed and formed parts made from steel, non-ferrous metals and speciality materials in thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 6.0mm. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes cam / servo presses with pressing forces of up to 12,500kN, and tables of up to 6,010mm.

Deep‒drawing

KLEiN has a proven track record in deep-drawing. We apply deep-drawing methods to the following materials: Sheet steel, Aluminium, Copper, Stainless steel & Speciality materials.

The sheet thicknesses range from 0.4mm - 6.0mm.

Measurement technology

In the area of measurement technology we offer the capacities of our WENZEL measuring stations for contract work as well. Please contact us for the exact technical specifications.

Spinning

Metal spinning is a cost-effective method of turning metal sheets into rotationally symmetrical components, especially for small productions runs. We process the following materials: Sheet steel, Aluminium, Copper, Stainless steel & Speciality materials.

The sheet thicknesses range from 0.5mm - 8.0mm.

Assembly / joining

We can provide you with individual parts, or where required, entire subassemblies. We employ a variety of state-of-the-art joining methods.

We have suitable testing methods to check the strength of the joins/bonds.
